Simple help, without an account.

Status Pocket keeps your media on your device. Support never needs your WhatsApp login, QR code, contacts, or media files.

Android: no statuses appear

  1. Open WhatsApp and view at least one photo or video status.
  2. In Status Pocket, tap Connect WhatsApp.
  3. Approve the already-open .Statuses folder in Android’s folder picker.
  4. If you use WhatsApp Business, select that source inside Status Pocket.

iPhone or iPad

Apple does not let one app scan another app’s private cache. Save or share the media from an available share sheet, then choose Status Pocket; alternatively, import it from Photos or Files.

Web app

Choose photos or videos already on the device. The browser cannot read WhatsApp’s private storage. The imported copy stays in the current browser profile until you delete it or clear site data.

Need more help?

Describe your device model, operating-system version, app version, and what you expected to happen. Do not send private status media unless you own it and intentionally want it reviewed.
